Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing activities that increase brand visibility, generate leads and support customer acquisition.

In this role, you will manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, websites and online campaigns. You will also create engaging marketing content that supports these campaigns and helps communicate our brand message effectively.

You will work as part of the marketing team closely with sales to deliver impactful digital campaigns and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.

The Digital Marketer reports to the Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including email marketing, social media, website and online campaigns
  • Create engaging marketing content such as social media posts, website copy, campaign messaging, newsletters and promotional materials
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Maintain and update website content using content management systems such as WordPress or Salesforce CMS
  • Contribute to SEO efforts by optimising website content and identifying opportunities to improve online visibility
  • Support paid digital campaigns such as search advertising and social media advertising where relevant
  • Analyse campaign and content performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM reporting dashboards
  • Use AI tools and digital marketing technologies to support content creation, campaign optimisation and marketing efficiency
  • Conduct research on industry trends and audience behaviour to develop relevant digital campaigns and content
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design teams and external partners to produce high quality marketing materials
  • Support lead generation initiatives and help optimise the digital customer journey across marketing channels
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and content creation skills for digital platforms
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media and websites
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Dynamics CRM
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
