1. Ordering via SFTP

Order Process

This document describes the order process for customers who wants to use XML Ordering via SFTP. The XML Order process consist of three types of messages interchanging between the SFTP.

2. Product feed

By default, we share our product feed as a Comma Separated Value (.CSV) file format, semicolon (;) delimited and point (.) as decimal separator.

File name, products_{YourCustomerNumber}: products_123456.csvLine 1, header: Manufacturer part number, Product name, Main category, Sub category, Manufacturer name, EAN, Price, Quantity in stock, Condition, SKU, Product URL, Image URL, CNET IDLine 2 and on: Products

A new product feed will be available every 3 hours on SFTP in the Outbound folder.

CNet ID With the CNet ID you can connect to CNet and retrieve full product information

5. Create sales order

To create a sales order in our system. An XML file needs to be send to our SFTP. This *.xml file must be put into the Inbound folder where it’s picked up and processed. When the order is picked up by our system a Response message is created in the Outbound folder. Response messages with status ACK means the order is accepted by our system. In case of a response status NACK the order has been reject by any reasons. Please contact your account manager for support in case you can’t solve the issue yourselves.

6. Invoices

To create a sales order in our system. An XML file needs to be send to our SFTP. This *.xml file must be put into the Inbound folder where it’s picked up and processed. 7. SFTP Setup

SFTP:

On the SFTP location two folders exist. ‘Inbound’ and ‘outbound’

Inbound: XML request messages can be placed in this folder by the customer Outbound: XML response messages for the customer. Like the Product feed, Order responses and Invoices will be placed in this folder.

For example: To download the product feed the directory should be sftp://ftp.flexitdistribution.com/outbound.
