Flex IT’s ITAD services begin with our onsite Pick & Pack Service, preparing IT devices and packaging for processing. The hardware is then processed fully in-house where all data is wiped and removed after which the pre-grading of the equipment takes place.
The remarketing stage follows, where refurbishable items are reintroduced to the market. If repairs are needed, we repair the items and send them for refurbishment once fixed. Devices beyond repair are dismantled for parts reuse. Finally, all remaining materials are responsibly recycled, ensuring minimal waste and enhanced sustainability.
