Please complete this form in its entirety, while making sure the provided information is correct and accurate, so that our ITAD Client Support team can guarantee the highest quality of services offered to your Clients. The filled in information will determine every step of the subsequent ITAD process, so please consider your answers thoroughly before submitting. It is mandatory for you to discuss every commercial aspect (e.g., service fees, deal type) determined via the form with your Client and to get their approval in advance.

Please confirm if the client wishes to donate the equivalent of the goods’ buyback value to the IT4KIDS charity, and determine which deal type best describes their needs, choosing from the following services provided by warehouse PL:

Standard ITAD process – we collect, audit, wipe, grade, and resell the goods, while providing the client with a value back report on the basis of internal pricelists and grading.

Redeployment – we collect, audit, wipe, and grade the devices, and afterwards ship them back to their original owner.

Auction batches – we collect, audit, wipe, grade, and batch the devices to sell them on auctions via dedicated batches which allow tracking of sales values on a per-order basis.

Shared profit – we collect, audit, wipe, grade, and resell the goods, while sharing the revenue (after service fee deduction) with the client according to a fixed percentage.

Recycle – we collect, wipe, destroy and/or recycle received units upon request.

IT4KIDS donation – we perform standard ITAD services and donate the positive outcome of the batch to charity.

Standard ITAD process

The rates presented below are standard ITAD service fees. If you approve, they will be charged to your client after the process. If you wish to set customized service fees, please disagree and proceed to fill in your desired rates in the subsequent questions. As a part of standard ITAD process, quarantine will only be applied to the first 3 orders from a new client (hardware in quarantine will not be batched and sold until the end of the process and binding report approval from the account manager).

If you wish to set customized service fees, please fill in this section of the form. Every question corresponds to the processing rate per unit for different hardware categories. It is mandatory to have the fees discussed with the client and approved by them before submitting this form.

If you wish to have quarantine applied to more than the first 3 orders of you client, please provide a valid justification below. Please be aware that quarantine should not be treated as a standard service for every deal, as it consumes lots of warehouse space and thus lowers the operational efficiency of the OPS Team.
