Yes. As a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher, Flex IT offers genuine Windows CMAR licences with refurbished products.
What is Device as a Service (DaaS)?

Flex IT uses clear statuses such as new, remanufactured, demo and refurbished. Each reflects the condition and warranty of a product, ranging from brand new to B grade refurbished.
Can I rent or lease IT hardware?
Yes. Flex IT Rent provides hardware for short- and long-term use, ideal for projects, events, exams and more.
Does Flex IT offer demos or trials?
Yes. Contact your local sales office to discuss demo services or trial options for your business.
Selling IT Hardware
Do you sell directly to consumers?
No. Flex IT works with business customers and resellers only.
Are refurbished devices the same as used devices?
No, there is a difference. Used devices are resold without restoration. Refurbished devices are tested, repaired and certified, including a warranty.
How do I know the grade of a product?
Each product listing clearly shows its grade, based on the Flex IT grading system.
Can I request a quote?
Yes. Please contact your local Flex IT sales office for a tailored quote.
What is Approved Selection?
Approved Selection is Flex IT’s own brand for premium refurbished products. These devices are A+ grade, with minimal signs of use and warranty included.
Do circular products have different warranties?
Yes. New and remanufactured devices carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished and demo products come with Flex IT warranty, often comparable in length and quality.
What is the difference between refurbished and remanufactured?
Remanufactured devices are restored by the original manufacturer to like-new condition. Refurbished devices are restored by Flex IT or other professional refurbishers, offering different gradings.
Do circular products cost less than new ones?
Yes. Circular products are usually more affordable than new ones, though exact prices depend on model, condition and specifications.
Will my computer come with the correct keyboard layout?
Yes. We localize all computers to the delivery country unless you request otherwise. Around 95% of our models support keyboard localization, depending on availability.

We provide fast delivery across Europe, with same-day and next-day options available in many regions. For international projects, our logistics team ensures timely delivery and pick-up.

Yes. Devices can be delivered with essential software, operating systems and applications already installed, so your team or event staff can start immediately.
Can you provide IT hardware for events like exams, festivals or elections?
