Brand new, never-used devices in perfect condition, ready to deliver the full first-use experience.
Brand new, sealed in original retail packaging. Includes all original accessories and full manufacturer’s warranty.
Brand new, packaging may have been opened or damaged. Includes essential accessories such as cables, adapters or batteries and full manufacturer’s warranty.
Brand new, packaging sealed by the manufacturer rather than the retailer. Includes full manufacturer’s warranty but no accessories.
Remanufactured
Devices restored to like-new condition through professional factory refurbishment, including cleaning, testing and replacement of parts where needed.
Factory remanufactured to like-new condition. Comes in a manufacturer’s sealed box, with no signs of use and all original accessories included. Includes full manufacturer’s warranty.

Previously owned devices that have been tested, repaired and restored, available in different quality levels to match your budget and needs.
Approved Selection A+ Grade
Flex IT’s own brand recognised for top quality refurbished products. In very good condition with minimal signs of use. Comes in an Approved Selection box with essential accessories and one-year pickup and return warranty.
A Grade
Good condition with normal signs of use. Comes in a brown box with essential accessories and one-year pickup and return warranty.
B Grade
Fair condition with heavy signs of use. Comes in a brown box or bulk packed. No accessories included. Includes one-month carry-in warranty.
